Orange Beach, AL

Our first family vacation! We are having a great time at the beach. Kai is 'talking' more and more and it is fun to be able to spend time with him without thinking about our everyday tasks at home. He has been his wonderful self. We traveled down on Friday night after he ate and he went right to sleep and slept the whole way down. When I moved him from car seat to pack 'n' play he did wake up briefly and smiled and stretched but then went right to sleep and slept until time to eat Saturday morning. He has not napped for long stretches but has not been fussy and is sleeping his normal 11 hours at night. He had made the trek down to the beach twice and just looks like he's taking it all in. One of the trips down was to watch Michael fish. Michael caught a fish that we actually cooked and he ate for dinner one night! Kai is enjoying his Nana and DD and did great during the long day at the outlet mall yesterday. Some pictures from our adventures above. Hope to take some more later today.
