A first
We've had another busy week. Kai was stuffy headed starting Sunday afternoon and it progressed through Wednesday when a fever decided to tag along that night. Knowing he'd need to stay home Thursday I planned to stay home with him and call the doctor to see if it might be something treatable. Turns out, our almost 20 month old has his very first ear infection requiring his very first antibiotics. I count us very lucky for these to be firsts at his age. He's not been too miserable but not the most pleasant either. We will be glad to have the sweet boy back hopefully in the next couple of days. And hope for a more uneventful week next week. (And he might get to make his first visit to they playground at daycare since we have come out of our 14 days freeze!) A lazy rainy day at home today. Looking forward to a game night with my parents and a dinner cooked by Michael who by the way started a blog of his own with a food theme if you'd like to check it out.
