We had a wonderful Christmas. Really enjoyed some time to slow down and take it all in. Love that we got to see both sides of our family, all parents, siblings and nieces/nephews.
We started late on Christmas morning. Kai didn't wake up until about 8:30. Penelope actually slept until 9. We spent the lazy, rainy day at home and then went to the Armstrong's for dinner and more celebrating. Then, at 6am on Wednesday, we packed up and left for St. Augustine to meet the newest Baugher, Haddon, who was born on the 18th, and have a vacation and celebrate Christmas with my side of the family. It took us 12 hours to make a 9ish hour trip due to LOTS of stopping, but we got to stay for a whole week which was so nice.
We had a great trip and are glad to be back home kicking off this new year. Check out all the fun we had!
